At LÉA Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original LÉA Jewels gift box and protective pouch to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
