How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every LÉA Jewels purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
